What hours are you available?

We're available Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. Sunday appointments are available by request. We also offer same-day and emergency signings when our schedule allows.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, but we do accommodate same-day requests whenever possible. For loan signings and real estate closings, earlier notice is appreciated to allow for document review.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice when possible so we can accommodate other clients.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes — we offer evening appointments until 8pm and Saturday appointments. Sunday signings are available by special request. We work around your schedule.

What ID do I need to bring?

You'll need a current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID must match the name on the documents being notarized. Expired IDs cannot be accepted.

Should I sign the documents before the appointment?

No — please do not sign any documents before the notary arrives. Signatures must be made in the presence of the notary for the notarization to be valid. If a document is already signed, it may need to be re-executed.

Do I need a witness?
